Known locally as the Arena, it is the sixth largest amphitheater in the world and is still in use today for summer film festivals. Rovinj, Hum; The Smallest Town in the World

Depart the pier for a scenic drive to Roc Village, a cultural monument with well-preserved medieval town walls, a Roman lapidarium, a Venetian bombarda cannon, and a functional watchtower. Historic churches include the 11th-century Romanesque Church of St. Anthony, the small St. Roch Church with 14th-century frescoes, and the St. Bartholomew Parish Church, featuring an 85-foot-high (26-metre-high) steeple from 1676. After a short walking tour, visit a local artist's workshop for a fresco presentation before continuing to Hum. Zadar, Dalmatian Origins & Sibenik

Sibenik was founded by Croats more than a thousand years ago dating back to 1066. Sibenik has a well-preserved historical core of buildings and numerous architectural monuments. You will see its ancient fortresses and the Gothic - Renaissance Cathedral of St. Jacob, as well as narrow streets known as "kalas," numerous churches around this town and its surroundings. Your walking tour will include a the old part of the town where you will visit the finest sites including the UNESCO world heritage site Cathedral of St. Jacob, one of the finest sacral monuments in Dalmatia. You will see the exterior of City Hall, the Baroque Orthodox Church, as well as the historic nucleus with its stone streets, commercial and crafts center. You will board a motor coach and head along the Adriatic Coast toward the village of Stankovci. You will visit the House of Dalmatian's smoke house , learn about the method of production and specifics of Dalmatian prosciutto, taste and of course buy the products exactly where they're produced. This manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest technological solutions, but also whenever possible, they are using natural system of drying using the strong Mediterranean wind - "bura." Zadar, Flavors & Sights of Zadar

Your tour will begin on the pier and soon you will find yourself in the heart of this magnificent Old Town. This walking tour includes a visit to the Cathedral of St. Anastasia, the finest example of Romanesque architecture in Zadar and built in 1324. It is dedicated to St. Anastasia, whose stone sarcophagus is in the apse to the left of the high altar. Further on your way you will pass close to the Church of St. Donatus which is believed to have been built at the beginning of the 9th century. It is circular in plan, with three naves. You will visit the 16th century St Mary Church with a Romanesque bell-tower built at the beginning of the 12th century. On the upper floor of the convent, open to the public are rooms containing a collection of goldsmith's work, relics and other valuable items. Your tour will end with a Marascino Liqueur Tasting. Liqueur production in Zadar is almost 400 years old. This liqueur is a bittersweet, clear liqueur flavored with Marasca cherries, which are grown in Dalmatia, Croatia, mostly around the city of Zadar. Honey is also part of the ancient recipe. The recipe for this liqueur was created by the apothecaries of the Dominican monastery at Zara, now Zadar, in Dalmatia, at the beginning of the 16th century. Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of walking over cobbled and uneven surfaces, with 40 steps to reach the collection of goldsmiths' work inside the Church of St. Mary. Explore on foot the town of Hvar, which sports a thick-walled fortress overlooking the harbor.
