A Tale of Two Cities with Transfer to airport TFN NORTH

Discover the rich history, culture, and flavours of Tenerife on this captivating tour through two of the island's most fascinating destinations. Your journey begins with a narrated panoramic drive through Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the vibrant capital and one of Spain's busiest and most important ports, before a visit to the remarkable Man and Nature Museum, housed in the historic Old Civil Hospital. Spread across three floors, the museum's compelling exhibits trace the volcanic origins, extraordinary wildlife, and human history of the Canarian Archipelago, including a rare opportunity to view the mummified remains of the island's original inhabitants. From Santa Cruz, the coach continues to the enchanting city of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage destination and once the island's capital, where a guided walking tour through the beautifully preserved old quarter reveals centuries of history dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, taking in the elegant Plaza del Adelantado, the Leal Theatre, the Plaza de la Concepción, the Plaza del Cristo, and the grand Palacio del Obispo. Majestic Eastern Madeira with Vineyard Lunch

Embark on a spectacular full-day journey through the very best of Madeira's landscapes, history, and flavours. Departing Funchal, travel through the city centre and past the picturesque village of Monte before ascending to Terreiro da Luta, where sweeping panoramic views over Funchal and the Atlantic set the tone for the day ahead. Continue into the heart of the island's UNESCO-listed Laurisilva Forest at Ribeiro Frio, where, weather permitting, a leisurely walk along the Balcões viewpoint trail reveals rare indigenous flora, birdlife, and the extraordinary ancient laurel woodland that has survived for millennia. Descending through Faial, you'll arrive in the enchanting village of Santana, celebrated for its iconic thatched-roof houses, before continuing to the Quinta do Furão vineyard for an elegant sit-down lunch: Santana bread with butter and seasoned olives, a seasonal vegetable cream soup, followed by a choice of scabbard fish fillet with sweet potato and passion fruit sauce or roasted pork loin with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, rounded off with a passion fruit mousse — all paired with local red or white wine and coffee. The afternoon brings a coastal stop at Porto da Cruz, with its scenic bay and historic explorer's cross, before passing through the legendary Machico Valley — the landing site of Madeira's first settlers. Funchal, City Highlights and Cable Car *

Explore the adventurous city of Funchal, capital of Madeira and Portugal's largest town. You will board your motor coach for the short 10-minute drive to the center of town. Walk through the vibrant local market, explore the Old Town where the first settlement of the city was born. This old part of the city is characterized by its narrow sidewalk streets and façades of old houses and is considered a historical area of great architectural and patrimonial value. You will climb to Monte by cable car. This village located at an elevation of 1,772 feet high was the last residence of Carlos I of Austria, who is buried in the Church of Our Lady of Monte. Finally you will have a 25-minute drive to visit the Old Blandy Wine Lodge in the center of Funchal which acts as an excellent show place for many the finest wines of Madeira. You will taste four 5-years-old wines accompanied by some delicious snacks. Please note: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Guests must be legal age to consume alcohol. The market and the Old Blandy Lodge are closed Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays all day. A visit to the church of Monte is not included and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Should guests wish to visit it, it is free of charge and they have to be able to climb 171 steps up and 68 steps down. Tour order may vary but all sites will be covered. Shops are closed during public holidays. This tour is not available for guests in wheelchairs and others with mobility challenges.

Surrounded by a massive basalt wall almost 984 feet high, Agulo offers a breathtaking view of the nearby island of Tenerife. It's a short 15-minute drive to Centro Visitantes Juego de Bolas in Las Rosas a center where you will learn the history of how the island was formed. Your next destination will be Laguna Grande in the middle of the National Park Garajonay, where you will enjoy a guided walk. Head to Agando , where you will see the magnificent landscape of volcanic basalt formations at Roques de Agando and Orchilla , one of La Gomera's most striking features at 4,074 feet high. Then, your motor coach will return you to your yacht. Please note: This tour is not recommended for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues due to the amount of walking required. All roads on La Gomera are winding and there are some ravines. It is advised that you bring your camera, comfortable shoes and seasonal clothes like a jacket are recommended.
